Fill out the inquiry form on the info page of my website with your preferred method of communication, and I will contact you to discuss your needs and next steps.
I will schedule and confirm, by email, a photo session time and date. When all of the details are complete and confirmed, I will email you an invoice that provides online payment with any credit or debit card, PayPal account, or Venmo. Payment must be made before the day of the photo session or the session will be cancelled.
Standard Pets and Animals photosession
Length: 30 minutes within a maximum 1-hr window to allow furry friends to get comfortable with a visiting human and camera being in their world.
Standard Fee: $200
Extended Time: $25 for each additional 15 minutes of shoot time up to a maximum of 120 minutes if scheduling allows.
Travel Fee: $0 if within 25 miles range of my home base in Newark, Ohio. $.57/mile will be added if outside that range (see diagram below).
Standard Sports or Activities photosession
Length: One game, match, contest, riding session, etc. up to 90 minutes
Standard Fee: $250
Extended Time: $25 for each additional 15 minutes of shoot time up to a maximum of 120 minutes if scheduling allows.
Travel Fee: $0 if within 25 miles range of my home base in Newark, Ohio. $.57/mile will be added if outside that range (see diagram below).
Unforeseen conditions (injury, weather)
If shoot is canceled prior to original shoot time and rescheduled in a reasonable time (one month), no additional fee.
If shoot is canceled after I arrive on-site, there will be a one-time fee of $50.
Deliverables
Within a 48 hours of the shoot, I will email a few sample images.
Within 10 days of the shoot, I will send a link for download of final images or gallery.
